Brandon Thomas

PASTOR/VISIONARY/LEADER

Brandon is a visionary leader passionate about preaching God’s Word and leading people to cross the line of faith. He holds both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry in church growth from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brandon enjoys sharing the life-changing message of the Bible in creative, practical ways with humor and relevance. He is the author of Soul Search and co-author of A Legacy that Lasts with his wife, Susan. When not preaching or writing, Brandon recharges by searching for the best trout fishing spots, theologically wrestling with his family, and sharing everyday adventures with Susan.

Susan Thomas

TEACHER/AUTHOR/COUNSELOR

Susan loves sharing the Good News of God’s promises. She is a gifted teacher, leader, and Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree. In her 20-plus-year counseling practice, Susan specialized in helping women and married couples, and today she enjoys serving as a “counselor’s counselor,” speaking at professional conferences across the United States. Susan is also the author of several Bible studies, including Girlfriend Revolution, The Best Life, and Rally, and she co-authored A Legacy That Lasts with Brandon. Susan and Brandon have four children who are nearly grown, but thanks to a mischievous herd of goats, there’s never a dull moment at the Thomas house.

In 2004, God gave Brandon and Susan a vision to launch Keystone Church. That fall, they held Keystone’s first service in their living room, with 30 people, some folding chairs, and a boombox. The church grew quickly, meeting in an elementary school and then a furniture store until the exciting grand opening of Keystone own building in February 2022.

Today, Brandon and Susan minister to several thousand families every week in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. The greatest desire of their hearts is to encourage and equip people to experience the radical transformation found only through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
